Dynamic Talk Channels created to support multiple operational groups or incidents
The integration of Zello PTT in DragonForce was developed in partnership with Zello in response to strong customer demand for a voice capability to be added to the DragonForce team collaboration experience,” said James Sim, Drakontas’ CEO. Missions that require inter-agency interoperability will be big beneficiaries of this new capability since talk/collaboration groups can be created dynamically right from the smartphone quickly and easily.”
“First responders and their supervisors need to communicate to a broad set of
people who don’t necessarily have interoperable radios or radio coverage.
As such, we have decided to open our free for first responder program to all
eligible organizations worldwide, and at an enterprise level, to provide a needed service to first responders globally.” Bill Moore, CEO of Zello, said, “And extending our capabilities with an innovative partner like Drakontas is the right move to advance our mission while providing dynamic capabilities that are critical when multiple teams require critical collaboration and communications to match.”

Drakontas Partners with RapidSOS

Providing Life-saving Emergency Data using DragonForce

Drakontas has recently implemented RapidSOS’ emergency response data platform which securely and automatically links life-saving data from connected devices, apps, and profiles directly to 911 and first responders in an emergency. When a 911 call comes in, DragonForce can now query the RapidSOS platform to display caller location and additional data, such as opt-in medical information, telematics, alarm sensor data, and more.

DragonForce embeds RapidSOS web-based tool, RapidSOS Portal, to query a caller’s location and access supplemental data upon receiving a 911 call. With this information, dynamic groups can be assigned to handle the type of incident identified. The information from the RapidSOS Portal is seamlessly integrated with DragonForce’s real-time personnel tracking, tactical whiteboarding, and shared situational reporting capabilities. This streamlines the workflow to identify and assign the appropriate resources to respond to incidents of any type or size. DragonForce provides the “common operating picture” that field responders and key decision-makers need to connect, collaborate, and control any incident.
