DragonForce web runs on any standard web browser so there is no software to install; supported browsers include Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Once the user has entered their login information the application requests an interface selection. The Site Administration interface is only available via the web app.

There are certain capabilities reserved only for the Site Admin which include:

> Changing the name of the department

> Setting a limit for the number of user accounts in the department

> Setting the aggregated amount of storage space for the department

> Enabling SMS notifications

> Enabling Situation Reports and forms for the department

> Enabling profile fields
