Joe Madgey serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Drakontas and oversees the financial management activities of the company.

Prior to joining Drakontas LLC, Mr. Madgey developed accounting, financial reporting and other administrative systems for small business as a Controller and as an outside consultant for a start-up telecommunications venture, an established property management company and a mortgage bank.

In addition, Mr. Madgey possesses ten (10) years of experience in financial reporting and both operational and financial auditing at the local government level while working for the City of Philadelphia.

Mr. Madgey also has held a variety of accounting and administrative positions in public, not-for-profit and for-profit organizations and has served for four (4) years on the Board of Directors of a not-for-profit cultural and educational organization.

Mr. Madgey is a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Suzy Tiernan serves as Accounting & Human Resources Manager for Drakontas LLC and provides support to the Chief Administrative Officer.

In 1971 Ms. Tiernan founded HRN, a global communications strategy firm that specializes in managing corporate reputation for competitive advantage, where she managed HRN’s internal financial, personnel, technology and production delivery systems and was responsible for ensuring that HRN’s vision was translated into action.

Ms. Tiernan is a graduate of Gettysburg College.

Selma Elbanna serves as Accounting Manager for Drakontas LLC.

Prior to joining Drakontas in June 2009, Ms. Elbanna was a Senior Accountant with the William Penn Foundation in Philadelphia. She has previous experience working with non-profits and federally- and state-funded organizations.

Ms. Elbanna received her B.S. degree in Accounting from the Sudan University of Science and Technology in 1990. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
